by Alright guys, as you may know, the gang master policy has been updated.
Make sure you read the changes here:
Old:2.0: Breaking Server Rules
Anyone who is a gang member found breaking server offenses will be issued a gang warning, and will be punished according to the server rules.
New:2.0: Breaking Server Rules
Any gang member found breaking server rules will be punished accordingly to the server rules and will receive one or two Gang Warnings, depending on the situation, rule broke and the discretion of the punishment issuer.

Old:2.2: Unauthorized Theme Changes (or Name Change)
Any incident where the name and/or ranks or theme of the gang are changed without authorization from the Director of Gang Management will cause the gang to be disbanded on sight, with the decision only being overruled by the Director of Game Affairs.
New:2.2: Unauthorized Theme Changes (or Name Change)
Any incident where the name and/or ranks (if not fitting the theme, example: Pepsi, BBS boy, etc.) or theme of the gang are changed without authorization from the Director of Gang Management will cause the gang to be issued 2 strikes or immediate disbandment, with the decision only being overruled by the Director of Game Affairs.

Old:2.7: Mass Recruiting
Where a family leader(s) recruits a Person or people with little to no roleplay. (Exceptions are maid to reinstatement to a gang etc..)
Mass Recruiting will result in a strike. (Mass Recruiting will be judged and deemed "Mass" by the DoGM+)
New:2.7: Mass Recruiting
Where a family leader(s) recruits a Person or people with little to no roleplay. (Exceptions are maid to reinstatement to a gang etc..). The mass recruitment rule will also apply if a family leader invites more then 3 players into the family during a full hour. (This means that you're allowed to only allowed to invite 3 players from example 3-4pm, it doesn't count from the first member invited.)
Mass Recruiting will result in a strike. (Mass Recruiting will be judged and deemed "Mass" by the DoGM+)

A family may only request a theme and, or name change once every 4 months.
Any family attempting to break this rule will be punished.

A family may NOT request any theme changes unless approved the Director of GTA Operations or per Executive order. Name changes can be requested if the new name fits the current theme.
Any family attempting to break this rule will be punished. (One strike per discretion of the DoGM)

I will be randomly selecting people in the upcoming days and when you get selected I will test you if you know the policy.
If you don't pass the test, you get 1 more attempt later,
If you pass it for the second time, you will be kicked out of the fam.
The updated contains some big changes so I just need you guys to know them all since we can't afford to have more strikes.
